Introducing the Pro Plan — Built for Smarter Communication
We’re excited to introduce the NewCommunicator Pro Plan, a new tier designed to support more structured and scalable internal communications.
The Pro Plan includes all the features of the Basic Plan, plus a powerful new capability:
Organized delivery of incoming messages into designated chats based on message type or content category.
What’s the New Feature?
Previously, all messages — whether from HR, IT, or even the CEO — were delivered into a single chat. This often led to mixed content and made it harder for recipients to find what they needed.
With the Pro Plan, you can now create up to six dedicated chats, each assigned to a specific type of message. For example:
Corporate Communications go to the Corporate Comms Chat
IT updates land in the IT Chat
Executive announcements, sales updates, and more — each can have their own space
This ensures that messages are delivered to the right place, making it easier for recipients to focus on what matters most.

More clarity: Messages are delivered to the right chat based on their type or content.
Targeted Delivery: Ensure each message reaches its intended audience through the appropriate chat.
Customizable: Each chat can have its own name and icon.
Improved searchability: Especially helpful in Microsoft Teams, where finding past messages can be difficult.
Group company ready: If multiple group companies share the same Teams tenant, they can now use NewCommunicator together — no overlap, no confusion.
How It Works
The Pro Plan allows you to add up to five additional chats (on top of the one included in the Basic Plan), for a total of six. Each chat functions like a dedicated app, and you decide which messages are delivered to which chat — giving you full control over how information is organized and received.
