The Visual Rich Template, previously exclusive to the Group License Package, is now available even in the Starter License. Additionally, we've enhanced this template with the ability to embed videos directly into messages.

What is the Visual Rich Template?

The Visual Rich Template offers a range of text styling options, including text color, size, and emojis. It also allows users to incorporate multiple images and link buttons into their messages, enhancing their visual appeal and driving action effectively.

Embed videos in your messages

With our latest upgrade, Senders can now embed videos directly into their messages. Recipients can play these videos within the message itself, eliminating the need for external links. Simply upload videos using a SharePoint or OneDrive link and track views on Microsoft Stream.

These updates expand the capabilities of NewCommunicator, providing organizations with more tools to enhance internal communication by creating engaging and intuitive messages.
