NewCommunicator Achieves Azure IP Co-Sell Eligible Status

We're excited to announce that NewCommunicator has achieved Azure IP Co-Sell Eligible status on Microsoft Marketplace — the highest co-sell designation Microsoft awards to independent software vendors (ISVs).

For enterprise organizations with Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitments (MACC), this means you can now apply your existing committed Azure spend toward a NewCommunicator subscription — at no additional procurement cost.

What is Azure IP Co-Sell Eligible status?

Microsoft's co-sell program recognizes ISV solutions that meet rigorous technical and commercial standards. Achieving Azure IP Co-Sell Eligible status — the top tier — requires:

  • A transactable offer published on Microsoft Marketplace

  • At least $100,000 USD in cumulative Marketplace billed sales or Azure Consumed Revenue over the trailing 12 months

  • Passing Microsoft's Azure-platform technical validation, including a reference architecture review

  • Formal approval by Microsoft

NewCommunicator has met all four requirements and now carries the Microsoft Preferred Solutions badge on Microsoft Marketplace.

Apply Your Existing Azure Budget to NewCommunicator

Organizations that have signed Enterprise Agreements (EA) or Microsoft Customer Agreements (MCA) with Microsoft often hold Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitments — contractual commitments to spend a minimum amount on Azure over a defined period (typically one to three years, up to five years) in exchange for discounts. Purchases of MACC-eligible solutions through Microsoft Marketplace count toward satisfying that commitment.

For enterprise customers, purchasing NewCommunicator through MACC now offers three concrete advantages:

  • Maximize existing Azure contracts — Apply already-committed Azure spend to Teams communication software, with no need to seek separate budget approval

  • Optimize unspent MACC balances — Put underutilized Azure commitment toward a solution that drives measurable employee communication outcomes

  • Simplify procurement and billing — Consolidate NewCommunicator subscription costs into a single Microsoft invoice alongside existing Azure services
