We had the privilege to sit down with Mosam Parikh, Manager of Marketing & Client Experiences Leading Culture and Communications, to explore how NewCommunicator has transformed the way her team engages with employees.

ーNewCommunicator is designed to broadcast messages to large audiences effortlessly. How has the process of distributing corporate-wide messages changed?

We quickly learned that NewCommunicator caters to enterprise companies seeking a seamless solution for communicating vital messages across their workforce. While emailing all employees remain an option, it’s not our preferred method given our heavy use of Microsoft Teams for internal communication. On the other hand, posting in teams or sending group chats had also been a challenge on the Microsoft Teams, since we didn’t have good message formatting options and couldn’t schedule messages. NewCommunicator addresses these pain points effectively. As a sender, it’s easy for me to use, and it ensures messages are being seen. For recipients, they receive intuitive messages and are less likely to lose information. It’s a win-win for all parties involved, and we’re very happy that we adopted NewCommunicator.

ーWhat is the most impressive feature of NewCommunicator?

From an operational standpoint, we're particularly impressed by the ready-to-use templates, which facilitate the swift distribution of critical information requiring immediate attention. The flexibility in message creation, formatting options, scheduling features, and post-distribution analysis are equally remarkable. Additionally, from a system administration perspective, NewCommunicator can be implemented quickly within minutes, and its automatic installation for recipients on the first message distribution saves a lot of valuable time. ーWere there any security concerns during the deployment of NewCommunicator, and are there any now?

We had no concerns during deployment, and none have arisen since. As messages are transmitted via a bot, there's no risk of personal information exposure, alleviating any apprehensions about distributing messages across the entire organization.
